School Policy


Standards For Issuance Of A Certificate To Take The State Examination - To Obtain A Certificate, all students must satisfactorily receive a passing grade on the final examination and attend at least 80 percent of the class session hours required for the course.  A student may take the final examination up to 3 times.  A student may be reinstated if they attend enough class session hours in another class session of like subject matter so as to make their attendance at least 80 percent of the class session hours required for the course.

Withdrawal – Any student who wishes to withdraw from the class must do so in writing to the Director of the school.  No refunds will be issued after the first class is completed as noted below. The Instructor or Director will review the New Jersey Real Estate Commission screening questions for a licensee candidate such as a criminal history check, etc at the first class meeting.  Any student who does not meet the requirements may withdraw with a full refund by the end of the first day of class.

Refund Policy - All students must read and agree to our School Tuition Refund Policy as written below upon entrance into a course per requirements of the New Jersey Real Estate Commission.

  1. Tuition will be refunded if a class is cancelled or filled.
  2. Tuition will be fully refunded to any student who, after reading the screening questions, believes that a license will not be issued because of these questions.
  3. No tuition will be refunded after the first meeting of the class excepted as stated above.
  4. If a pre-registered student wishes to drop out of a class, a written notice must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance of the starting date in order to receive a tuition refund minus a $50.00 cancellation fee excepted as stated above.
